The Lands of Arda

I am sorry to announce I will no longer be part of the Arda team. The amount of time available to me has decreased greatly since starting this project and it would require more than I can give to complete it properly.

Lately I have felt the need to work on arda simply out of obligation to you all, and no longer because it is what I want to be doing. I am terribly sorry to let you all down, but I cannot continue to invest my time in creating a world that I have no desire to play on (the sad side effect of creating your own). I cannot play in a world where there are no surprises or secrets to find, nothing new to explore...not for me anyway.

I have passed on all of my work to the rest of the Arda team and leave it to them to proceed as they wish. I fear this is the end, but I hope it will not be.

I am terribly ashamed to have lead you all on and on for these many months, making promises I cannot keep. I feel even worse about what may end up being a waste of time to the others who have contributed long hours.

Three cheers for Sal, he's put in more hours on this project than many of you could even dream about. There will always be a spot on the team for him, even if it just involves making sarcastic remarks about how the rest of us have no lives, lol. But seriously, Sal's the man. We're gonna miss him.

Sal, there's no need to apologize - we can all understand that real life, is, well, real life and there's only so much time in the day! I already think you're the best for getting the ball rolling & time and effort already contributed. I shall miss randomly derailing your postings tho *cheshire grin*

I do hope that this does mean that if you are no longer creating, you'll at least come play when we're up & running? Or at least log in to say hi - Arda always doubled as a chat room as far as I was concerned haha.

Let me know if a cupcake bribe might help matters along, kay?

I was very busy in many others subjects in RL and just now I saw you're living Arda Team, hmmm, left.

And as everyone is saying Sal, you don't need to apologize really. You were the good light to all peeps form Middle Earth, wobbits, warves, wuman kind and others wich i can describe (Tsa, for example Laughing

).

Everytime I got online in MSN, you was there and then I did think: "Good, the lightower from Arda!"

I hope we still can play in another time, another place, another land.

Friendships are forever and today I think that dosen't matter where you make them.
