I logged out earlier today for some food and logged back in to an empty account. I tried changing my password several times accounting for user error.
No change all chars lost pass does not matter just account name tested it myself.
Not sure what to do starting from nothing once more, any help on this matter would greatly appreciated.

I know the dm hasn't been feeling well lately, hope you get well soon.

Starting from zero in Arda is hard. So giving a little hand is normal 
If the chars deffinitively are gone (and there is no recent backup), i still do have the "madwack" backup. The saved char are old, but it’s always better to have them rather than nothing.
