I think the forge boots need to be changed.

Boots
+3 ac
+2 to all stats

//It currently has the same stats as boots of hardness 0.0

Hismir is really fine as it is, its one of the best items in my opinion.
And we should try not to make too many items with immunities, rather none any more.

The forge boots suck indeed as they are now, but +2 too all stats would be nearly a One Ring on feet ^^
Maybe +4ac, 2 wis, 2 char and 2 con and 2 regen? but might still be a bit too much.

Since there is only one forge boot, I think it should be a universal item for all classes. Not sure what stats though. Maybe +3 ac 15 resist slash +2 con?

One of the forge iouns gives +2 all stats as well.

Dont think its too much as they are really hard to make these days with rebooting occuring very seldom

+4 ac is a must and then some ability points ( at least 6 summed up )

Hows about bang some blud resist on them.. currecntly what exists with blud resist? Just the belt?

Turtle helm with 15/- bludge resist, 10/- sonic and immunity poison
Mirammarth (or was it Galladin) - amulett with 10/- resist and 10% immunity, +2 const as well

Is it standard for forge armor to have +6 soak 5? If it is, I noticed that a few are missing this. Notably red robes and Aragorns ranger armor.

I dont think it is standard... gandalf's robe, belegennon, celebrimbor chain, daeron veil, theodens armor(last time i saw it). There are lots of other items with damage reduction on em.

with those boots if it should be change just give it 1 more ac then it would be some ok boots.
