anyone heard of avantasia? if not give it a try
scarecrow and seven angels are pretty nice.

Hey Thor,
nice idea to keep the forum alive while staying in touch with other Ardans 
I gave Avantasia a try and it sounds pretty epic, the guy singing resembles a bit John Bon Jovi, but I may be wrong^^ Iīve to admit, Avantasia is not so mine. When I was in the mood for epic music, Iīd rather choose Muse.

Tried scarecrow, nice symphonic /power metal. And believe it or not, you can find the album here, too hehe.
Mostly i listen to Newage, though yes I like some metal music ( Ex : Nightwish: Wish I Had an Angel )

wow this solo piano is really nice music. i ve been spending most of the time listening to it while i was studying. really fits into the background. u feel really calm.
linkin park is also nice sound
usually i m pretty keen after "epic metal". i especially like the songs of manowar.

i remember when i listened to metal while playing arda: manowar and iron maiden cds were running all the time.
