I never changed that, it has allways been been -50%.
I just removed the Xp penalty from rebuilding your char.

Weird, I'm pretty sure Bido used it once. But no biggie. And I see that the threat level is back to normal. Spells can hurt yourself again, and enemies do crits.  . |
